The Philippines Sugar Regulatory Administration (SRA) board members, accompanied by representatives from the Japan International Research Center for Agricultural Sciences (JIRCAS), visited the University of Tokyo (UTokyo). This visit served as a follow-up to the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed between UTokyo and the SRA in March 2025, aiming to enhance collaboration on the "Beyond Zero-Carbon" initiative under the Co-JUNKAN framework.
